 Q – Can I track the location of my order after it is shipped?

A – Yes, email us at ken@benz-store.com and we will provide you with the UPS tracking number.

 

Q - What is a Core charge?

A - All rebuilt units are sold on an exchange basis.  This means we need your defective unit (the core) back.  The defective unit must be rebuildable.  This means that no prior attempt has been made to repair it, and that the unit has not been abused.  When we receive your core, the core charge is refunded to you.

Q – Does the Benz Store ship internationally?

A - Yes.  All international orders must be prepaid through wire transfer or through PayPal.  We also ship to APO addresses; however, there is an additional $15.00 handling charge for U.S. Mail shipments.
