PART RETURNS

  1. All returns need a Return Authorization Number (RA #).

  2. NO refunds will be given after 30 days.

  3. E-mail Ken@Benz-store.com to obtain a copy of the Return Authorization Number (RA #).

  4. Write the invoice number, the part number and the reason for the return.

  5. Place a copy of the invoice in the box with the part and write the return authorization number (RA #) on the outside of the package.

  6. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA #).

  7. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is the result of a shipping error of The Benz Store or the part is defective.

  8. Damaged items cannot be returned

  9. Electrical items cannot be returned .
